As we age, we tend to become isolated. The Bon Secours Hampton Roads SeniorHealth Lunch & Learn programs provide a venue for seniors to receive education from professionals and ask questions while enjoying a healthy meal provided by Bon Secours SeniorHealth. Lunch & Learn programs also provide an opportunity to socialize with other people with shared interests in aging successfully. Old friends become reacquainted; new friendships are formed in the informal atmosphere of the Bon Secours Hampton Roads Lunch & Learn programs.Bon Secours SeniorHealth Lunch & Learn programs are held monthly at Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center, Maryview Medical Center, and Mary Immaculate hospital so you can attend a program near your neighborhood.
