I also show some other similar Bullpup styled AEG Airsoft Rifles in comparison that I plan on also reviewing very soon, the IWI Tavor 21 Elite Force and two AEG Bullpups from ASG, the Steyr Aug A2 and Steyr Aug A3 Proline Series. So how did the Cybergun Famas AEG Bullpup Airsoft Rifle perform? I placed 5 rounds through my Chrony Chronograph using.20 gram plastic Airsoft BB's and I got right around a 360 fps average which is should be just about right for most indoor or outdoor shooting environments. Velocity consistency was also good.Read the rest here:Buy the Cybergun Famas AEG Airsoft Rifle in our Canada Replica Airguns Store:Buy the Cybergun Famas AEG Airsoft Rifle in our US Replica Airguns Store.

I myself got a new TM Famas as my first AEG a few months ago.ROF is fantastic for a stock gun, accuracy is great. The Hop up is efficient however you cannot over hop if that is your play style. Turning the Hop up to the max does not produce the typical extreme upward trajectory of other RIFS.Range is admittedly short to medium range which is my only real problem with it. I have managed to find all the external rail parts that I needed as long as you dont mind drilling 2 holes for the Cybergun Tri Ris Rail and a single hole for the Cybergun Scope mount. At the moment the Famas is in for service as I broke the trigger safety which means I cant take the handguard off. Luckily I had a spare Boneyard Famas to take a replacement from.

It needs to be completely stripped down to be replaced so I am putting in some passive upgrades whilst it is deconstructed. M90 spring, R-hop and Prommy Barrel.

It is a difficult AEG to work due to the amount of screws (And variety of them used.)Don't expect mega FPS or active upgrades, the motor cant take much more torque. It really is not as creaky as people say when brand new out of the box. Mine feels solid, maybe after 5 years of use the ABS will get creaky (My Boneyard one is certainly creaky as hell).DESPITE it's shortcomings, I love mine.

But luckily I have two other Rif's for range/outdoor use.My advice: Get it if you play a lot of CQB, However if you play a lot of outdoor sites then get another Rif to go along side the Famas if you can afford it. Buy a spare Boneyard Famas if you can because it is likely the only way you can acquire external, motor, Gearbox or Hop up parts.
